Our Story -

Port Stanley Brewing Co. was born out of a passion for craft beer and a deep love for community. Nestled in the heart of the village’s historic D.O.C. building, our brewery represents a fusion of tradition and innovation, paying homage to the building’s rich past while crafting bold, modern beers. With Lake Erie just steps away and a vibrant beach-town spirit all around us, we’re proud to offer a laid-back, welcoming space where locals and visitors alike can gather, unwind, and enjoy something fresh.

Our brewers’ journey started on a family farm growing hops, before diving headfirst into brewing at Niagara College and working with some of Ontario’s most respected breweries, from Bench to Equals to Paris Beer Co. Those experiences shaped the quality and care that go into every batch we brew. Now, as Port Stanley’s hometown brewery, we’re committed to creating exceptional beer, memorable experiences, and a lasting legacy in the community we love.
